Gentle Yoga
Gentle/Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation are healing practices that help restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is a body-mind-heart approach that helps alleviate and heal anxiety, stress, depression and emotional/physical trauma. As a Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher, I believe that developing acceptance, awareness and compassion can help us learn to meet life’s challenges in ways that restore balance, peace and joy.
