Register for the Next Retreat

Our next 5 Day Vipassana/Mindfulness Retreat will take place on line via Zoom, from October 23rd-27th, 2o2o. This is an opportunity to practice from the comfort of your own home, while practicing with others online. The retreat will be held in Noble Silence, with guided instructions during the morning sessions and a Dharma talk at the end of each day. We will have 30 minute periods of seated, walking and loving kindness meditation. You will be encouraged to maintain mindfulness during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gentle Mindful Movement and teacher support meetings will be held on a daily basis. There will also be sound healing and meditation to live Cello music.

The price of the retreat is $370.00. Some sessions will be recorded and available to listen to after the retreat. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

Join Our Growing Sangha

We meet every Sundays from 11:00am - 12:30pm (see Meetup Group for exclusions) on line (due to Covid-19) via Zoom. Our Sunday meetings are composed of a Dharma Talk, a guided meditation and a period of mindful inquiry and shared group discussion.

Being part of a community can be profoundly healing, as through practice and sharing we begin to discover that the challenges we face in daily life become more stressful, because of the way we relate to them. Insight/Mindfulness meditation, support of community and study of the Dharma/Wisdom Teachings, helps us gain a different perspective, we learn how to shift from reacting to responding in ways that lead to freedom of the mind and heart.

Untreated Anxiety can have a detrimental effect on our physical, mental and emotional health. Learning mindful ways to calm the body and mind, helps us restore balance, gain clarity of mind and reconnect with joy.

Relationship Issues

When conflict arises in Intimate Relationships, couples often act in ways (i.e. infidelity, addiction, stonewalling and defensiveness) that intensify pain and can increase disconnection. Using Imago Relationship Therapy, helps couples learn to soften defensiveness/reactivity, speak from the heart and express empathy for each other. This leads to deeper intimacy, joy and passion
