Our next 5 day Retreat will take place on-line via Zoom and is scheduled for October 23rd-27th, 2020. During this 5 day event we will practice: Mindfulness Meditation through non-judgmental awareness of our moment to moment experience. By slowing down and being present there is greater clarity of mind and the ability to connect with compassion. Each day consists of a talk, seated, walking and eating meditation, Gentle Yoga/Mindful Movement and Heart opening meditations. Retreat begins Fri. 4pm ends Tues. at 1pm.
